Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) & Oneida Seven Generations Corporation’s $4 Million Debt

Below are copies of loan contracts between Oneida Seven Generations Corporation & Oneida Energy Inc, LLC and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) totaling $4 million designated for constructing a ‘Waste-to-Energy’ incinerator which would have emitted dioxins/furans and other hazardous pollutants – including formaldehyde, acetyldehyde, arsenic, chlorides, hydrogen sulfide, lead and other heavy metals – as admitted in their application to the Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources:
