Cristina Danforth Loses Court Case To Oneida Small Business, Inc. [UPDATE]

UPDATE: A Court trial regarding the total amount owed to Oneida Small Business, Inc., has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday Janaury 28, 2014, at the Brown County Courthouse, 2nd Floor Room 200.

On Thursday May 8, 2014 a decision and order granting Summary Judgement in favor of Oneida Small Business, Inc., was issued against Cristina Danforth, Paul Danforth, and White Eagle Sports Bar & Grill, LLC, in Brown Co. Case Number 13CV1838.

The Court Record of Events indicates that while the court found Cristina Delgado-Danforth, Paul Danforth, and White Eagle Sports Bar & Grill, LLC, to be liable the court would consider arguments as to the total amount the defendants owe to Oneida Small Business, Inc.

The court record shows that a telephone scheduling conference is planned for 9 a.m. on Thursday July 10, 2014, just two days before the Oneida General Tribal Election on Saturday July 12 in which current Business Committee Treasurer Tina Danforth is vying with current BC Vice-Chair Greg Matson for the position of BC Chairperson.

In other words, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, both with failed businesses, running for Chair of the Oneida Business Committee.

Perfect.
