More On Oneida Small Business, Inc.

According to the Wisconsin Dept. of Financial Institutions, Oneida Small Business, Inc. was registered on January 16, 2004.

As Oneida Eye reported in a previous post, one of the largest loans Oneida Small Business, Inc. made was to its former OSBI President Judy Cornelius’ daughter, Tamar Cornelius, who now faces a default judgment for $117,887.30 regarding Gali’s Restaurant.

Former OSBI President Judy Cornelius’ nephew and former OSBI Vice-President Lee Thomas’ brother, Robert Yuma Thomas, now faces a default judgment of $73,558.08 regarding Sisters Bread, LLC. Lee Thomas is currently Oneida Tribal Controller.

Oneida Eye also reported that on March 20, 2014 OSBI was granted a summary judgment of $77,207.09 against Oneida Business Committee member Paul Ninham and Duck Creek Coffee Co., LLC.

Oneida Eye can also report that on March 12, 2014 Defendants in Brown Co. Case No. 13CV1838, Oneida Small Business, Inc. vs. White Eagle Sports Bar & Grill, LLC, Paul Danforth & Tina Danforth, filed a ‘Brief in Opposition to Summary Judgment and Motion to Strike Affidavit,’ and that on March 25, 2015 Plaintiff filed a Response to that Brief and Motion.

Oneida Eye hopes to post those documents regarding White Eagle Sports Bar & Grill, LLC, of which current Tribal Treasurer Tina Danforth was the Registered Agent, later this week.
