On March 27, 2013 two letters representing over 175 environmental & social justice groups were sent to Peter W. Davidson, Executive Director of the Loan Programs Office for the U.S. Dept. of Energy regarding the announcement of solicitation for loan guarantee applications from the ‘Renewable Energy and Efficient Energy Projects.’
