Question:
Who would be motivated to distribute an ‘anonymous’ letter with material critical of Fmr. Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin Vice-Chair Greg Matson, recently elected Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin Treasurer Trish King, Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin High School Principal Artley Skenandore, and recently elected Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin Secretary Lisa Summers culled from the June 2014 and July 2014 issues of the Oneida Times, but with statements aimed at undermining the political campaign of Linda Dallas on the other side of the page?
It’s difficult to make photocopies from the Oneida Times’ varying layouts, so this ‘anonymous’ letter would be a way to encourage others to readily copy and distribute what the Oneida Times had already published, with an added attack on Fmr. BC Chair Sr. Policy Advisor Linda ‘Buffy’ Dallas.
Oh, the Times… are they a-changin’?
