Here is a copy of the Oneida Business Committee’s contract with Gene Keluche/Sagestone Mgmt. to act as the “Agent” for Oneida Seven Generations Corporation, with ‘Initial Compensation’ information listed for the first six (6) to seven (7) weeks of the contract.
The contract says Sagestone Mgmt. will be paid $12,000 per week for ‘Weekly Advisory and Management Fees’ and ‘Estimated Weekly Reimbursable Expenses.’
If Gene Keluche/Sagestone Mgmt. has acted as OSGC’s Agent for twelve weeks, the Tribe has paid $144,000 for their services . . . thus far.
Does the BC think they’ve received the Tribe’s money’s worth?
