UPDATE: In violation of the Oneida Election Law [2.7-4] the Oneida Election Board published the same wrong SEOTS Polling Site address for the Illegal OBC Election on page 10-B in the April 2, 2015 edition of the Kalihwisaks, which also lists 16 candidates for an OBC position in violation of the Oneida Election Law [2.12., Section A, Primary Elections; Business Committee].

Here’s the latest exhibit of even more Ratchet Ratk¢ufery from the Oneida Business Committee, Oneida Election Board, Oneida Law Office, and Oneida Enrollments Department (and we’re looking at you very specifically, OEB Chair Racquel ‘Retread’ ‘Rockhead’ Hill):
Mass-mailing to all Tribe members flyers of a Notice for an unlawful election that was scheduled illegally in violation of the Constitution…
and with the wrong Milwaukee SEOTS polling place address!!!:
We have to admit we changed the word ‘Special’ to ‘Illegal’ in the JPG above (Haha! April Fooks!), but the rest of it – especially the wrong address for the SEOTS polling site – is exactly what the original Election Notice flyer says word-for-word which was mailed to every Tribe member, presumably after the Saturday March 28, 2015 GTC Meeting where GTC voted to require the inclusion of the Southeastern Oneida Tribal Services (SEOTS) polling site in all future OTIW elections.
(Which reportedly drove OBC Secretary Lisa Summers to burst out in tears of sadness in the Radisson hallway with Internal Security Sergeant Kody House. Guess someone doesn’t like SEOTS.)
GTC overwhelmingly voted to treat the Milwaukee SEOTS polling site fairly and include it in all future Tribal elections, yet right afterward the Oneida Election Board had the Enrollments Department mail out the wrong address for the SEOTS polling site to every Tribe member, just like the Oneida Election Board advertised the wrong SEOTS polling address in the 2008 election. (See a pattern yet? Thanks for nothing, Ratk¢ufing Rockhead Hill! How much ya paid?)
And the Oneida Election Board advertised the same wrong address on page 10-B in the March 19, 2015 Kalihwisaks.

This latest illegal OBC election flyer lists sixteen (16) candidates despite the fact that the Oneida Election Law [2.12-2] requires that a Primary be held sixty (60) days before an election “whenever” there are sixteen (16) or more candidates.
How much will the Oneida Election Board’s latest prank cost?
