You are hereby notified that the plaintiff named above has filed a lawsuit or other legal action against you. The complaint, which is attached, states the nature and basis of the legal action.

Within Twenty (20) days of receiving this summons you must respond with a written answer, as that term is used in Chapter 802 of the Wisconsin Statutes, to the complaint. The court may reject or disregard an answer that does not follow the requirements of the statutes. If you do not provide a proper answer within twenty (20) days the court may grant judgment against you for the award of money or other legal actoin requested in the complaint, and you may lose your right to object to anything that is or may be enforced as provided by law. A judgment awarding money may become a lien against any real estate you own now or in the future, and may also be enforced by garnishment or seizure of property.

The Complaint states that Pete King III & King Solutions, LLC, owe $61,434.50 :

Until recently Pete King III was – as appointed by the Oneida Business Committee – a Board member of Bay Bank which is owned by the Oneida Tribe. King was also previously Project Manager at Oneida Seven Generations Corporation.

UPDATE: A Motion for Summary Judgment hearing has been scheduled for 8:45 a.m. Monday September 15, 2014, at the Brown County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Room 330, regarding debts owed to Oneida Small Business, Inc., by Pete King III and King Solutions, LLC.

Crystal Holtz is the daughter of former Oneida Small Business, Inc. President Judy Cornelius-Hawk and the step-daughter of current Oneida Small Business, Inc. Registered Agent Dan Hawk. On July 1, 2014 Holtz filed an Answer to the Motion and Oneida Eye will publish a copy when we obtain one.

Matthew Cornelius is the son of former Oneida Small Business, Inc. President Judy Cornelius-Hawk and the step-son of current Oneida Small Business, Inc. Registered Agent Dan Hawk. On July 24, 2014 Oneida Small Business, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.

Including Tamar Cornelius, three of Judy Cornelius-Hawk’s children/Dan Hawk’s step-children have been sued for failing to repay loans from Oneida Small Business, Inc., whose funding is derived from Wisconsin tribal gaming compact monies which the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin agreed to divert to Oneida Small Business, Inc. to create a loan program for Oneida Tribe members. Additionally, an Order of Default Judgment in the amount of $73,558.08 was issued against Judy Cornelius-Hawk’s nephew, Robert ‘Yuma’ Thomas.

 

On Thursday July 31, 2014 the Green Bay Press Gazette reported that Michael Guyette has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison after being convicted for his seventh OWI.
