Oneida Business Committee To Hold Special Oneida Seven Generations Corporation Litigation Strategy Meeting

A Special BC Meeting has been scheduled for Monday April 21, 2014:

1.  Oneida Seven Generations Corporation (OSGC) litigation strategy
Sponsor: Ed Delgado
Excerpt from April 9, 2014: Motion by Vince DelaRosa to schedule a special Business Committee meeting on April 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. to consider the litigation strategy for Oneida Seven Generations Corporation, seconded by Paul Ninham. Motion approved unanimously.

Oneida Eye assumes this has to do with how OSGC plans to respond to the City of Green Bay appealing to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court the March 25, 2014 reversal by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals of the January 9, 2013 decision by Brown County Judge Marc Hammer against OSGC.

Given that Green Bay Renewable Energy, OSGC’s subsidiary and co-plaintiff in the litigation against the City of Green Bay, recently hired a law firm other than the one representing OSGC and the Oneida Tribe in the lawsuit filed by ACF Service, ACF Leasing and Generation Clean Fuels, will this litigation strategy session also be on behalf of GBRE, or will GBRE again be hiring their own counsel in the case involving the City of Green Bay?

If, on the other hand, this Special BC Meeting is in regard to that lawsuit against GBRE, OSGC and the Oneida Tribe, we’ve already made our strategy suggestion known:
