Oneida Eye was able to obtain secretly recorded video footage of removal petition sponsor (and professional scofflaw & full-time sleazeball) Brian Doxtator questioning Tribal Chairperson (and dirtbag emeritus Ed Delgado about various ethics charges on the first day of the Appeals Commission’s Hearing on September 5 & 6, 2013.
The Hearing decision is expected to be delivered by September 10, and if Appeals Commissioners decide Brian proved his charges by a preponderance of the evidence, the matter will go to a special General Tribal Council meeting scheduled for October 12, 2013.
